Shipping and Returns


We hope you will love your new purchase from our specially curated collection!

We do understand however that buying eyewear online can be difficult and if you don’t love it, we are happy to accept returns that may be exchanged for another item we have in stock or for store credit, valid for one year from original purchase date.

Orders are generally processed within 12 hours of receipt, so if you believe you have made an error or would like to cancel your transaction, please contact us immediately on (03) 9041 4707 or via email [email protected]


Please allow 1-3 business days for us to dispatch your order. Once dispatched, we will email you a tracking number for your order.

All domestic orders will be sent via Express Post, at a flat rate of $10 and generally arrive next business day for most postcodes (except regional) within Australia.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the time you receive the order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.

We only offer refunds for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, not for change of mind reasons. In the event of a manufacturing fault, we will firstly attempt to replace your item free of charge. Refunds on faulty items will be credited to the original form of payment.

If you purchased using Afterpay and your return qualifies for a refund, you will be credited back through this payment platform. If instead your return qualifies for store credit only, you will continue to make all installment payments, as per the agreement with Afterpay, and then we will issue you with a credit voucher.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards – not redeemable for cash.
  • Sale items – sale purchases are final. We do not offer exchange or store credit on discounted frames. The only time this does not apply is if your purchase was made with a one-off discount code on a full priced item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags (if applicable) attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, with RETURN REQUEST in the subject heading.  Please include your order number, full name and reason for a return request, along with any relevant photographs where applicable. If requesting an exchange, please specify the details of the new item. We will then issue you with an Return Authorisation number which should be written clearly on the outside of the package.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Peep Optical, 17 Anderson Street, Yarraville 3013.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and ensuring items are packaged to avoid any damage in transit.

Peep Optical reserves the right to reject any returns if they do not comply with the conditions outlined above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then issue you with store credit, valid for one year from date of original purchase; or ship out your exchange item as soon as possible.
